2. Gaming of the ladder points system, ie: reporting false scores, false matches, false travel, or other purposely misleading or false reporting will result in immediate disqualification and removal from ladder without a refund. One strike and you're out policy.
3. The type of match to be played, ie. 8 Game pro-set or 2 of 3 three sets with a 10pt. tie break in place of the 3rd set, must be decided prior to the start of the match and ideally decided when the challenge is accepted. Both players must agree on the type of match or it defaults to the 2 of 3 sets with a 10 point tie break in place of a third set.
4. Scores need to be reported within 24 hours of the match completion along with all other pertinent scoring factors such as travel, sportsmanship, etc. Scores are to be texted to John at 801-471-7204.
5. No points are awarded for incomplete matches.
6. Travel points are determined by miles between the traveling player's home court to the court where the match is played. Google maps will be used to determine distance.
7. Your home court is the court where you play most of your matches, home court declaration is made at registration. No changing of home courts is allowed during the ladder season.
8. High School age participants will be given the option of joining the ladder at $25 with no possibility of prize earnings to protect their amateur status. Or they can enter at the normal $50 and any prize money won would be awarded to their school team.
9. Two matches per day maximum singles or doubles is permitted to count towards ladder points.
10. All match results are required to be reported to the Court Climb Ladder by the winning player within 48 hours.

12. Challenger provides a new can of tennis balls for the match to be played. The loser of the match replaces the balls with a new can of balls. No used balls for the actual match, used balls for warm up are ok. BOTH players bring a new can of balls to every match. Whichever player opens the can of balls, keeps those used balls after the match. The match loser does not claim the used balls just because they had to replace them with a new can
